Credit cards are on the decline – they have to be if over eight million Americans ceased the usage of this form of payment, either by stopping themselves, or being stopped by credit card companies.
According to TransUnion, a credit researcher based in Chicago, more than eight million Americans have stopped using credit cards in the past year, CNN Money reported. Which means that 78 million U.S. Consumers do not have credit cards. That’s eight million more who are not using credit cards than last year.
