Fannie Mae announced today, along with the U.S. military, a new program we hope to help stop foreclosures homes owned by service men and women, as well as the immediate families of these men and women. Families who are facing mortgage problems after an injury or death serviceman or woman can request a postponement of mortgage payments of 6 months, if their loan is provided to them through Fannie Mae.
