We are now celebrating the birthday of Ronald Reagan, who, as the corporate press is anything to go by, came down from heaven, exactly 100 years ago to save us all. They make such a fuss about Ronnie that even a proposal to his handsome features add to the blacklist on Mount Rushmore in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
