Looking for more ammunition against a bill to remove collective bargaining rights, unions have seized the public on a verbal insult the governor of Ohio used several times last month to describe a police officer who shot a traffic off three years ago. Critics are distributing a video of Governor John Kasich to the Agency of Environmental Protection in Ohio in January 2008 describing a stop along a highway where he was cited for passing too close an emergency vehicle.
